Hi, Im a student doing research on the contour abs. Ive checked their sites and others to find out which specific muscles are used when using the belt. Alot abdominal muscles (rectus abdominal, interanal & external obliques and transverse) make up the core, it also mentions muscle fibers, but not which ones (fast, slow twitch). Also, I highly doubt that an obese person can use the belt and get the actual visible results stated by the site, as from what I have learned, you can do 1000 sit ups a day and u will strengthen the core muscles, but if you have adipose tissue over the muscles you will never see the defintion. Thank you
